How do I create an account?

Download the KnowBali app and sign up with your email address. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

How do I add my business listing?

Go to the Activity tab, tap "Create Content," then select "I have a business to list." Fill out your listing details and submit for review.

How does the reputation system work?

Earn points by posting helpful answers, creating listings, and contributing to the community. Points determine your tier and leaderboard ranking.

Is KnowBali free to use?

Yes, KnowBali is free for users. Creating listings and asking questions is free. We may introduce premium features in the future.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Activity tab → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
